My endler is heavily pregnant and due today, (according to them dropping every 23 days)
If that's correct, she last dropped on the 28th of Sept, so today she should have them (or anyday close to), I'm hoping when I wake up tomorrow, I shall have lots of baby endlers! Everytime my fish have babies (my endlers) they fry always get eaten, so this time I put her in the fry tank to give birth, I shall hope to see quite a few fry in the morning! :good:
(it'll be my 3rd time breeding endlers, that's why I hope to keep some and raise them) ^_^

Whats the temp?

i would say 28 days is about the time at 26C

The tempurature is currently 76 F (24 C?)
Your right helter,
they haven't had them yet, so another couple days yet, the temp in my tank is usually between 76-78 F,..
:)

I run my endler tanks at about 77F, 25C, and find that the 23 to 24 days is a fairly good estimate. Guppies take closer to 28 days at the same temperature but endlers like to rush everything that they do, even getting ready to drop fry.

It's day 24, and my endlers (the ones that dropped last month) are looking extremely big,
I haven't checked on them since this afternoon, so they might have even had them! lol
;)

You are well on the road to a tank overflowing with endlers Sims Dude. They will not respect the inches per gallon or any other rule that you may have about stocking. Endlers will push stocking levels to the breaking point and it will be up to you to help them survive. They will start to eat enough fry that their numbers level off until you remove some adults. The next thing you know, there will be even more sub-adult endlers than there were a couple of weeks before.

I just checked em, the 4 of em are all still pregnant, but the 2 looks really round from a top view, and they were hiding in the corner, I'm going to give the babies back the my local fish club, we have auctions every month, so it'll be fun! I've never auctioned off one of my fish before! :)

Auctioning at the local fish club is always fun. I find that my local club holds me back in many areas, because they insist on evidence, but they also support me in many things such as the many ways in which fry can be seen in the succeeding generations. The local club can also be seen as the way in which your in individual abilities can be recognized. I am a livebearer breeder with very little experience in other areas. If you looked carefully at my profile you might easily come to the conclusion that anything outside the livebearer experience is best left to other people, and you would be right. That does no mean that you would be on firm ground ignoring my livebearer experience, but might well be within your rights to ignore me if I were to step into a discussion of reef fish or brackish fish. There are those who are much better at brackish fish than I am and who can much better guide your actions with those fish.

LOL the thing wish these fish is they will not read the book saying about stocking levels. both myself and fish48 have tested then leaving the book open on the right page in front of the fish tank with no results!!!!

But with lots of water changes they will be fine untill you can remove some.

LOL again, you may think the same about me. as most of my posts are here as livebearers is the main part of my hobby.
However I worked on trout farms for 10 years.
Also worked with goldfish and orph.
In my current job i now work with mainly african cichlids.

i prefer these little livebearers though.

I've been keeping fish for about 10 years (since I was 9ish) I'm 19 now, but still very inexperienced, your right Oldman, I noticed my fish club has a lot of different people that know stuff about livebearers, while some can help me out with my loaches, etc, I have to say joining my local fish club was one of the best choices I've made so far! (even with my anxiety disorder and tourettes) I always have a fun time at the club! :good: 'Cept I always seem to bring some fish back home, lol, their just to pretty! :)
