Just tested again and Amonia is 0 and Nitrite 0. Shall I test again later before bed or wait till tomorrow morning?

I think you'll be safe until tomorrow (having said that, I'd be doing another test before bed, or I wouldn't sleep for worrying!).

Test in the morning, and again at lunch time; you might find it's sorted itself by then

Tested again and amonia and nitrite are still 0. I'll test in the morning.

Tested again this morning and still 0 so that's good. My Betta is swimming about a lot more now again.
