Elite 'stingray'

i just bought a stingray 10 for my 5 gallon fry tank and the current is very strong. (should have bought the 5 gallon one but for an extra £2 i thought it was worth buying the bigger one)

so basicly anyone know the best way to slow the filter down abit as it looks very choppy in there?

add something like a sponge on the intake.

there is already a sponge there.

might have to open it up tommorow and see if there a way of slowing the intake down on the inside eg some glue to make the inlet smaller (simulair to adding a sponge as you said but more permanent)
