Hi All,

Newbie here and new to African Cichlids. We have a 120 gal tank in our office with Cichlids from Lake Malawi. Have 1 Electric Blue, 1 Red Zebra we think (she organge), 11 yellow labs, and a pleco. Not to mention 6 new frys. Looks like one's going to be orange, 3 labs and two can't tell as they are still translucent. It's hard to get any work done as they keep you interested.

Anyways, our Electric Blue looks like he was in a fight. His left eye has some damage. The inner portion of his eye is bulging and white. His eye is still functional and moves and isn't cloudy. Pretty sure it's not popeye but again, I'm not an expert.

How do I attach photos so you can see what I'm talking about?

Do we need to isolate him or is there any treatment you can suggest?

Any and all advice welcome.

Thanks.

i got this in the newbie forum for posting pics hope it helps , when you get a pick up you will get more replys to help with your problem.

When you want to show people your gorgeous tank, or your favorite fish, there are a few ways to do this. The first way, and probably the easiest way, is to go to the Member?s Aquarium and Fish Pictures section, and start a new topic there. Then click the ?Browse? button, on the bottom of the New topic page, and find the picture you want to show. You can add a few pictures per post. Another option is to use a photo hosting site, such as www.photobucket.com or http://imageshack.us/ . Those are free hosting sites. Once you have your pictures on there, you can copy the URL of the picture. When in the reply box, click the little icon that looks like this. Paste the address in there, and it should show up as a picture!
