Eheim Jager Heaters Info Needed

Ive read that the jager heaters by eheim heat better than other heaters it says the 125w is good for 150 to 200 litres is this true or should i just buy the 200w to be safe? which says it can do 300 to 400 litres.

My tank is 180 litres.

I have a Eheim Jager 250 watt in my 60 US gallon tank and a 150 watt one in my 30 gallon tank, and both work fabulously. Since 180 litters is between my two tanks I bet the 200 would be a good choice. I read online to go slightly higher wattage than typically recommended if you live in a cold place... which I do. Since nighttime temps drop (since I turn down the heat) the higher wattage makes up for it.
