Eheim 2262 For 450L Discus Setup?

Hi, as title says.. My woman bought me a 2262 as anniversary gift. There for I cannot sell it. Wondering if I can use it on a 450l tank with large discus and angels in it.. Any one have any ideas..? ( obviously I guess a large spray bar would do the trick, but it would increase the amount water steaming away... )

Bloody hell, did she not read the description? Will be interesting to see what other people say.. but all I can suggest is that it may work if you replace the other filters maybe?

thats a beast of a filter!!! theres only 1 thing for it , tell her this filter was built specificly to run on tanks of 6x2x2 and anything smaller will break it cos there wont be enough water going through it

it is extremely powerful then i thought..

on the other hand.. its not really helping the bio filtration can it?
