Eheim 2213 - Erm......how To?

just bought a new indoor pond for the turtles and it came with an eheim 2213 cannister filter. so ive put the turtles old pond pump on the new pond and plan on using the external eheim for my 200L juwel tank as the internal is carp to say the least.

now..ive searched the net but every link to an eheim 2213 seems corrupted and doesnt load. can anyone tell me how i get it going? have cleaned it all up, put it back together. filled it. filled the tubes. opened the taps and plugged it in. you can here the motor going but no water movement? did i miss something?

not for me it doesnt. i get a little window pop up saying 'this file is corrupted and cannot be opened'

Essentially it goes (depending slightly on how many valves you've got)

Intake thing
Tubing long enough to reach from tank to filter
Valve
Canister
Valve
Tubing long enough to reach from filter to tank
Output

You say there's no water movement, at all or just not any visible? Because the flow rate is pretty naff, I've got one on a 4ft and there isn't any visible water movement when it's on. But it is flowing.
