This isn't really a big emergency, but I don't know what to do and it's freaking me out a little bit.
I look in my tank this morning and my Mystery Snail, named Reggie in who I thought was a boy, is on the roof like this. At fist I thought the white stuff was that he had been on the roof for too long and was dried up and I don't know, started to produce this white stuff. But then I remembered researching on Mystery Snails, and that they laid eggs out of the water.
But I also know they need a male to reproduce... I used to have another Apple Snail, but he was really tiny. Could he have done it? Idk. He died.
But what's up with this?? Eggs? Is he/she dying? I'm very confused. And if they are eggs, what do I do?!

Female apple snails can store sperm for several months, so Reggie could well be a she, and has stored sperm from your deceased male or even a snail in the shop if you've not had her long.

I've had her for 3-4 months now, I think. So if that is within the several months era, then... :/
So those are eggs? Do I just leave them? Will she die? She isn't looking too hot right now.
