what color are the eggs of bettas if they are just out of the female? If there isnt a baby in them infertile i think? When there is a baby in them

i think they are white when they are infertile... and clear when they are not

It's really hard to tell the difference when they're in the nest, it's best to just wait and see if they hatch, but yes... bright white eggs are usually not fertile

How long have they been in the nest? Sometimes they take up to 3 days to hatch.

If the bettas are inexperienced they may not have embraced correctly and therefore won't have fertile eggs :/

Well, I've only bred them 3 times, but each time the eggs all looked very white when they came out, looked like it was snowing under the fish. All were fertile.
