i found eggs again in young mysts tank. this time they were all neatly piled in one spot at the top of the tank. since i was not planning on mating her, how offended would she be if i removed them to keep them from rotting at the tank. should i leave them for a day or two or remove them now.
and a random thought what if i put the eggs in with a male betta? i know thats random and stupid but it was a thought.
the eggs were a little white thing that were all gathered at the top. these are betta eggs right. i do have one tiny mystery snail could it be possible its the snails eggs?

Were they all together in a slime or gel? If so, I'd say it's your snail's eggs. If they are floating amidst bubbles and your female is watching them, then it may be her eggs. But they wouldn't be fertilized since no male was present.

When bettas spawn, the male wraps the female and as she releases her eggs he fertilizes them. If he saw eggs in his tank that appeared from nowhere (from his point of view) he'd probably eat them.

If they are your female betta's eggs and you remove them, she may be a little perturbed for a bit, but she'll get over it.

um i am not sure how to discrpe it it looked like it was in a bubbles i know she it looked sort of slimy. she was very pissed i took her eggs. i did try to give some to storm who has been building a nest for a few days. he promptly ate them. o well i suppose there good for him lol.
