I just noticed that my pleco has white spots all over it im guess ich? do i need to treat all the tank mates too, not just isolate the infected one, I cant see anything on the others. whatst he best treatment in the uk?

yep the pleco (whitespot is ich)

Then the Plec had White Spot before and will probably have infected the rest of the tank now.

Whitespot looks like grains of salt on a fish.
Medicate the whole tank, but read the instructions carefully as with scaless fish sometimes have to half dose.
Increase temp to 30, and also increase areation in the tank, as the med and high temp reduce 02 in the tank.

they are a little better now, still treating them, the lfs didnt even argue about giving me the treatment free.
