Ummm... all of those plecos are going to cost you hundreds of dollars.
A 75 bare bottom tank with at least 700gph filtration is the absolute minimum for two full grown Oscars. not to mention your other fish.

try melfix, seems to work magic for the fungus I had. it was white and hairy, clouds my fishes eyes.
