I suppose so yeah, she's just swaying from side to side on the bottom.

It may be dropsy, any chance you can post up a pic? google images online and see if this matches your fish, sadly it is very rarely curable.

Well her eye's are now solid black. She is having the odd dart around the tank but just sinks to the bottom as though she has a weight tied to her.

Will look into dropsy....

Ok I've just read about dropsy quickly, it says to treat with anti fungicides........I've been treating the clown loach in the same tank with an anti fungicide for the past 4 days.
