Personally I would prefer Juwel as all the parts are easily available at nearly all LFS. Although that said I have no experience of Eclipse tanks.
I think as long as its a good price, its sturdy and the filter has a good level of media you wont go far wrong. How do they compare in price to a Juwel ?
