Eating Fry?

hi, is it the molly or platty that eats its fry or both?

some people will sa yboth, but i have never had a molly eat fry, or guppy for that matter.

My guppies will eat their fry in a heartbeat! I don't have any clue about your fish though, sorry.

well i have had many common livebearers, both platy's and swordtails ate there fry, but i have never had a guppy or molly ate them

guppys 100% yes i agree haleystropicalfish with and for mollys yes but very rarely they eat fry,

I loose a lot of fry and I have no doubt that the mollies, guppy and platy are all eating them!

all fish are capable of eating fry,
my guppy will stalk fry, my platy wont stalk but will eat them in passing. my molly i never saw eating them but any thing that they can fit in there mouth is fair game.

I saw my female dalmation molly snap up a fry she saw swimming away at the top of the tank
i hate to see it happen myself, but hey-ho, nature and all that
