Easiest Guppy To Breed

I am going to be buying a livestock of guppies soon and don't really care about colors or anything but just want the guppy that will breed very easily and quickly...I am not quiet sure if there is a difference between fancy guppies and normal guppies. Is it harder to get fancy ones to breed?

are you breeding to sell?

if so the better coloration you can get the better as no one will want dull rubbish coloured guppys.

or are you breeding for feeder fish?

is this why colour doesnt matter?

basically good water stats and clean water will give you fry as long as you have mixed sex obviously....

If you just want rapid reproduction, any old guppy will do. The end result will be fine for controlling mosquitoes in a pond or for feeding to other fish. If you care about the quality of the results or want to be able to move your fry along to other people or to shops, you will want to be selective about the guppies that you buy. A well fed female will drop fry every 4 to 5 weeks at normal temperatures and a single male will keep as many as 5 females dropping fry constantly.
