Please help I was at the fish shop feeding the fish shop feeding the fish when I came across the moray eel and he was lying on his side having a spastic meltdown, anyway he hadn't been eating for months but its been doing it for 4 days now plz help
 
please!!!!!!!! emergency, it loos like its going to die soon, its a small one living in a brackish (very salty brackish) tank

He's brand new to the tank... He was doing it in the shop.. I don't know the parameters but no matter what you do he only moves his neck
 
The moray is a marine animal - I would be upping the salt content to make it fully marine - I don't think brackish (even very salty brackish) will be sufficient.
 
Let's start at the beginning here. Is the eel in the fish shop? That is was your first post suggests.

If not, and you have bought the eel home, what were the water conditions (salinity specifically) that it was in at the shop and what water conditions have you introduced it to at home?

How long did you acclimatize the eel for?

you saw it has not eaten for months, which is also confusing. Have you had this eel for months or was it not eating for months at the fish store?
 
The eel was lying on its back at the shop, so I took it back to my house, I acclimatised for 3 hours and everything but it didn't take long bfore it died, after it died I found a green patch near his head and eventually I found a tumor too so I now know what's wrong and all, not sure if eels can get tumors but I'm pretty sure about what I saw
