Trading standers my be an idea, as if they are not labled as dyed, then you could say they where selling without people knolage.

witch shop is it??

If it a Maidenhead Aquatics line, then they have a policy not to sell dyed fish, and you could complain to head office.

I'm still confussed about the black/purple Harliquins, will have to do a gOOOOOOOOOgle and see what that comes up with.

My lfs "PJ's Pet Centre" also sells the "dayglo tetras" which are also called "painted glass fish".

I usually gag whenever I see them.

I've talked to management and they are required, due to their Big Boss, to stock whatever all the other PJ's stock.

So i've taken personal action and I inform anyone who is standing by the tank/planning on purchasing them about the animal cruelty.

I finally found a local store that has Amano shrimp and they also have otos which are hard to find. I decided to look at what else they had before I had them bag them up for me. I saw that they had painted tetras (same thing, flourescent green, pink and yellow tops) and decided to not buy anything from them. I guess I'll have to keep hunting my shrimp.
