Dwarfs

Ive decided to get some dwarf gouramis, Ive got a 20g tank ! I was wondering whether i could have 2 males? or would they fight? What do you suggest i do? Cheers

There's agood chance that they will be aggressive towards each other as they are territorial and don't normally tolerate other males.
You may want to reconsider when it comes to buying Dwarf Gouramies as they are prone to disease and never seem to live long. Have a look at Sparkling or Honey Gouramies, a lot more peaceful and just as pretty.

i do agree with stang1. but there will be exceptions as always. my dwarfs dont really bother each other, and they're still well, at least for the moment. then again you cant be too sure. lol

IMHO - dwarf gouramis -

80% likelihood of illness
60% likelyhood of bully/agression

Not worth the effort inho - unless you can source a breeder not from the far east.

I say go for honeys. Temperament is great, and they are quite a hardy fish too. Oh, and I almost forgot.. if you feed them live foods the colour is amazing!

i think its better to go with a solo for your size of tank.
