eBay, aquaessentials, the green machine, or in the classifieds sections on here. Classifieds are probably the place to start though as they will likely be the cheapest.

not a lot of places carry or can get the dwarf version. I had some once and didn't realise it was that hard to get hold of, and how expensive it is...wish i'd kept it.

The only place i can think of is Planted tanks.co.uk, it might be worth dropping Tony an email there.
