Dwarf Puffers

As some of my previous threads in other sections on here, my other half is wanting to have something different in our spare 30L tank.
1 of his ideas is dwarf puffers.

Would a 30L be ok for them, if so how many.

I'm sure it is, I asked this question before I got bettas and it was ok, as for how many I don't know. My most local LFS sell them

I was also looking for a 30 litre tank to house 1 DP, 2 is too much for a tank that size as they are very messy fish and if there aren't enough suitable hiding places can be nippy/aggressive towards eachother.
