Dwarf Puffer

Ok so I am hoping to put a dwarf puffer in a 5 gallon.Heres how it will go,White national geo sand (One 5lb bag)Water wisteria for plants,Live snails and sometimes bloodworms,Cleaning/water change every week.Driftwood too.Tank will be cycled.What do ya guys think?

Seriously Fish recommends that a tank of 2 to 3 galls is suitable for a single dwarf puffer.
