So I've taken it upon myself to hold my friends dp until he's finished moving, which will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. The 2.5 he's going in to is housed with shrimp, which I'll be moving to another tank before he goes in. I did a bit of research on them and found out they need at LEAST 5 gallons, and they're messy fish. Any ideas on how I should maintain the water and keep him alive and healthy for a while? I was thinking I might just take out a bit of the water every day and replace.
