Dwarf Puffer Tankmates

I am interested in changing my 10 gallon communtiy tank to a Dwarf Puffer tank. What fish could I keep in a HEAVILY planted tank with 3 Dwarf Puffers? Would Kuhli Loaches get torn to smitherines? I've heard Ottos do well... is that true?

Dwarf Puffers aren't brackish water fish, so hopefully a mod will move this to the right place.

Kuhli loaches I would say are a definite no. Take a look at the pinned thread in the "odballs institute" forum on dwarf puffers.
