Dwarf Hairgrass/swassertang

I have read several different opinions on how much light is required for the dwarf hairgrass. Has anyone had experience with these, or knows how much light they really need? Also i found something called swassertang, but was unable to find much about it. If anyone knows anything about it, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Currently i have Dwarf hairgrass E. Pul and i have it growing pretty good at 2.4 wpg which is.. med light. I also dose EI and have co2 injection so that might play a role in it.
