Dwarf Gurami

PLEASE HELP! MY DWARF STARTED WITH RED SPOTS TURNING WHITE THEN TO OPEN SOURES THEN SPREAD ALL OVER THE MOUTH FINS SIDES ONE SIDE SWELLED UP I GAVE IT A SALT BATH AND CLEAND WITH IODINE RUB WITH TRIPLE ANTIBIOTIC AND TREATED WITH MELAFIX LIKE THE PLACE I GOT IT FROM TOLD ME BUT IT JUST GETS WORSE AND THE SOURES GET BIGGER PLEASE HELP!

How long has it been like this? Did it get the salt bath, iodine rub, antibiotics, and melafix all in in day? Take a breath and explain each stage and what's been done.

It started 5 days ago.It started behind the right fin just a small red bump then gadualy more and more poped up by the time i woke up the next day it went from fin to mouth to gill and both sides within two days the second day i treatted with salt bath iodine and triple antibiotic cleand the tank and put it in quarintine the next day they wher big open soures and big white puss looking spots and are geting wores i tried antibiotic food but it hasnt eaten in two days and today i noticed one side bihind the right fin is swollen i'm not quite sure if the melafix is doing anything

Need more info before we jump to something nasty.
Size of tank in gallon or litres.
How many fish and which type.
water stats in ammonia, nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
The fish is in a very bad way best to issolate.
It is bacterial but also can be the dread gourami virus so need more info.

It as dead by tme i woke up today but i had a 55 gallon tank with 2 gourami's and 3 violet goby's as far as my water my roommate is supposed to be helping me with this tank but he's been on vacation last thurs. and i don't know anything about this but i took my water to petco and they told me their was noting wrong with the water.sorry beginer the and treatments wher all in same within 36hrs.
