Just been looking at my fish and noticed on one of my gouramis that one of the two tentical bits at the front of him as snapped. The bottom bit is still attacted but flopping around, the top part is moving fine. His other one is fine.
How will he do now? :dunno:

Thanks

I assume you are reffering to the gourami's feeler? The gourami should be fine but watch it doesn't get infected. If the feeler has been broken like you say, it should eventualy fall off and then re-grow somewhat (possibly never to same length as original but re-grow none the less). Try, also, to identify what caused this. You shouldn't be keeping nippy fish with gouramies but there may also be a chance that the cause was the gourami running into something sharp, getting the fin tangled up in something or having its ventral sucked up by the filter etc. If it's something you can prevent from happening again - make sure you try to prevent it.

They've all been in there for 4-5 months and its the first time. Nothing that would have nipped him. Maybe he caught it then.
Thanks anyway!!
