I assume you are reffering to the gourami's feeler? The gourami should be fine but watch it doesn't get infected. If the feeler has been broken like you say, it should eventualy fall off and then re-grow somewhat (possibly never to same length as original but re-grow none the less). Try, also, to identify what caused this. You shouldn't be keeping nippy fish with gouramies but there may also be a chance that the cause was the gourami running into something sharp, getting the fin tangled up in something or having its ventral sucked up by the filter etc. If it's something you can prevent from happening again - make sure you try to prevent it.
