Just thinking later down the line for my showpiece fish, im considering dwarf gourami's. Perhaps 1 male 2 female. I really like the dwarf flame gouramis but I am wondering the compatibility.

Tanks Mates May Be:
8 Harlequin Rasbora
5 Cherry Barb
5 Golden Barb
5 Black Widow Tetra
6 Clown Loaches

The tank is waaaaaaaaaay to small for Clown Loaches. They get huge!

Maybe cut out one or two of the shoaling fish you've listed & add a single Gourami male. Seriously, that tank would be overcrowded without the Clown Loaches & the Dwarf Gouramis.

Just an idea:

(3) Dwarf Gouramis (1 Male 2 female)
(6) Black Phantom Tetra
(4) Cherry Barbs (2 male 2 female)
(4) Corys
(1) Mystery Snail (for Algae Removal)

Yeah no clown loaches. Clown loaches are a no go for anything below 75 gallons which is about 300 liters. Sorry I agree with what ruskull said I'd do

8 harlequins
4 cherries (2 male 2 female)
6 corys
3 dwarfs gouramis
Unlimited amount of shrimp
Maybe a snail.

Sounds like a nice group except I think the Corys would bang the shrimp around a lot with their swimming up & down the sides of the tank.

Yeah lol. And Torres just don't consider clowns. They will get to 12+ inches and I doubt you could house these monsters. As much as I like them there is also many smaller similar species that are better suited. Also where I live clowns cost $13 and the smaller zebras cost $1.99. :good:
