one of my gouramis is just about gone. hanging out under rocks and keeps rocking onto her side.

Last night i did a 50% water change as my parameters were less than ideal (which is very strange on its own as they are normally very steady with my weekend 30% water changes).

She is still not better today. all but my Nitrate were fine - ammonia and nitirite were zero, but nitrate was high

Anayway, she is the only ill one. The only physical symptom i can see is that she has what looks like brown (i wouldnt say it was rotting though) fin under her body.

What should i do? What should i treat for? Or if all the other fish are fine, should i treat at all? I cannot QT as the tank is not set up i'm afraid.

If your nitrates are still high (40ppm or higher), doing another 50% change certainly won't hurt anything. I've been finding that my Corys are sensitive to nitrates over 40ppm and confirmed on various internet sites that high nitrates can contribute to infection in fish that are overly sensitive.
