Dwarf Gourami :(

A came back from school to find my Dwarf Gourami on the substrate - upright, but not moving much, breathing quite fast. The colour in the front half of him is washed out, but the back is normal He's bloated around his stomach, but not pineconing. He's now in a net with access to the surface, as the guppy was picking on him. Though lethargic, he gave me the run around when I tried to catch him!

In case it's just overfeeding, should I give him a pea or two?

What are your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

What do you normally feed the fish.

He's not sounding good i'm afraid.
It could also be bacterial.
