Dwarf Gourami

Tonight my dwarf gourami seemed hungry so i gave him a few flakes, then i for some reason i decided to hold a flake in the water and see if it would take it from my hand and it did, is this common or are they usually more timid? Mine was extremely timid to start with, then got whitespot and has now fully recovered and is very lively and eats well.

i guess its pretty common cuz both of my gourami will do the same

Its pretty cool i must say, i probably wont do it much more now the novelty has worn off, dont wanna have my hands in and around the tank too much i guess.
