have got an empty 96ltr tank.... was thinkin of puttin different types of tetras in there..... but how many? also wanna get some dwarf gourami, are these compatible?

20 Gallons. Approx.

A pair of Dwarf Gouramis and a shoal of Neons, Cardinals, Black Phantom or other peacefull Tetras would be fine. I've had both together with no trouble. Although I'm noy totally sure on mixing lots of types of Tetras. Somone else can clear that up.
