Dwarf Gourami With Red Sore

I have one remaining dwarf gourmai in my tank and a few days ago she has developed a red sore on her side behind her gill. I have attached some pics for you to see what it looks like. I am treating with Interpet No 9 anti-bac treatment since sunday. Does this look like the typical sores that they get?

All tank readings are perfectly normal and there has been no new additions of anything to the tank for 4 weeks.

Get going with a bacterial med as sores can soon turn into open holes.

I have the same thing wilder.... I started myxazin yesterday. i hope this is an ok med to use?

I say I have the same thing... I mean my gourami

If the myxazin dosn't help with the sore do a water change and run some black carbon, then use anti internal bacteria med by interpet.
