I had a Dwarf Gouramis in a tank with other fish (Mollies) that bullied him around so much he just hid in a corner. He wouldn't even come out for food. So I got a 10g tank and put him in there just by himself. Well now that he's out more I can see that his stomach is quite chunkier than my other Dwarf Gouramis. I am aware of the disease they can get, although I've forgotten the name... Could this be it? I've also heard internal parasite could be the problem. This morning when I check on him it looks like he has Ich.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should be doing? If it is internal parasites what medicine should I try? Thanks so much.

well if he has ich: like you describe at one point, I would give him some anti ich medicine from your LFS and treat him as directed on the bottle or whatever it comes in lol

For internal parasites you want something inside the fish and not a medicine in the tanks water, that would mean medicated foods.. praziquental  is good for this situation, and it should help a lot. Jungles anti-parasite food is what I did use once personally and it worked fine
