Dwarf Goramis

Heya i am new to this so i hope i am doing this right I have a honey dwarf gouramis and he just sits at the bottom of the tank i have had his for about 2 years and he has done this for about a year Is there anything wrong with him or is that just what gouramis do??

im pretty sure somehing is wrong

as the breathe air from the surface then if it just stays on the bottom i think something is wrong

Is there anything i can do??? have checked all my ph levels and nitrate levels and they are fine

how bigs the tank, what are the tankmatess

The tank is 30 litres and they it lives with

1 red dwarf gourami
2 platys
3 zebra danios
1 golden loach
2 african dwarf frogs

i dont really know to be honest, im no expert. maybe hes just at the end of his life.

What are your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
