Dwarf Cichilds

hi everyone just joined the site.


i am lookin to keep dwarf cichilds in my juwel 120 tank (if this is ok)

i would be greatful if you could help me with any information on how many the tank would take

is sand or gravel best?

i am currently reading everything and anything on the net ( want to make use everything is done right)

so any advice would be great!!!

120 l is somewhee around the 30g mark, so you can have roughly 30 fish inches in there.

I have a 30g with rams, apistogramma's, gourami's and some ground crew in and it works just fine.

a lot of fish prefer sand, they use it to clean out they're gills, depends on the fish though so when you've decided on your stocking list then look at what they all prefer.

cichlids is the biggest fish group there is so there's absolutely shed loads of options available to you.

try looking in the fish index or typing apistogramma into google image search and then find some things you like.
