Dwarf Baby Tears Problem

sorry im posting so much about plants
okay, my d baby tears is starting to get alot of yelowish- brown leaves.
the company i bought from said it is grown hygroponically. is this why its turning brown?
i have about 3 bubbles per second c02, and 4.0 wpg.

i also have a 2-3inch layer of pea gravel, and a 1 inch layer of peat.

do you dose any ferts? what are your co2 levels?
