Dwarf Angelfish ?

So I am sat bored at work thinking would it be possible through selective breeding to "create" a dwarf angelfish ? For example take the smallest male and smallest female you could find, breed them and out of their offspring breed the smallest x with y and so on until you got a fish that was perfectly formed and adult but only ever grew to 7 cm for example? Like I said just bored at work with too much time to think and wondered if anyone else had an opinion on this ?

No I'm not thinking about doing it lol I just wondered if it is physically possible after years of selective breeding to create a dwarf variety
