Drop Checkers From Ebay

Any thoughts on the stuff that you get with the cheap drop checkers from ebay, the liquid that your supposed to put in them, is it any good cos when i,ve used it the stuff never changes colour even when iv,e tried it in other tanks with and without c02 it always stays the same colour.

It's generally rubbish, you can make your own 4dKH solution or you can buy it, I know aqua essentials sell it, you also need bromophenol blue indicator, which you can get cheaply on ebay.

The drop checkers however are generally pretty good, it's just the solutions that aren't fantastic.
