Driftwood

I saw some big pieces of driftwood at my lfs. They looked like real wood, for the price I hope it was real. Anyway he had 3 pieces there so I'm assuming there was 3 diffrent prices. But one of the pieces was $68 dollars. Is he trying to rip me off or is this a good price for the wood?

How big is it? $68 is a lot of money for a piece of driftwood!! I bought some African Root, which is similar, and it was like $8 a pound. I bought 3 lbs for only $24!

Unless it's nearly as big as you that's too much IMO.

Driftwood is pretty expensive, I paid $7.50 for a 6 inch long, 3 inch tall, 2 inch wide piece.
