Alright im on day 3 of trying to submerge a piece of driftwood to put it back in my tank.

i had it in their before but i re-did the aquascape and i didnt need it.

so i pretty much put it in the closet and let it dry out and now i wanna use it again and ive put it in a bucket full of water with rocks to keep it down and when ever i move the rocks to see if its good to put in the tank it floats right back up.

any tips to get this thing submerged? everyday i submerged it with the rocks on a different angle but its still not staying still.

last time i did it it took like 4 hours to submerge it now its over 3 days....someone please help me!

Thank you for future help :hey:

darn, k i guess ill have to be patient, and also is there something i can use so when i put it in the tank it doesnt die the water that tea/yellowish color?

... I may not be an expert... but that does rather sound like a problem to me.... Rinsing in hot water still sounds like the best op... you may find something else though.
