Dragon Droppings

hi again my fishy comrades!

Would those cool glass pebbles commonly sold as 'dragon droppings' work as a substrate in a tank?

Or are they too big? Cos i reckon the gunky bacteria stuff wouldnt go on them properly but they look so cool underwater. Maybe use them decoratively?

I wouldn't use them as a substrate, just as decoration.

I got a layer of gravel then my "dragon droppings" on top...they're great because when the fish are being really boring you still have something pretty to look at
