Dragon Ball Moss

I have been looking on Aquabid's new section for Moss and I came across a few auctions that have "Dragon Ball Moss" for sale. I have never seen this moss before (but new mosses crop up every now and then anyway and it's hard to keep up) and I was wondering if any of you have any information about it.

I've read on anouther forum that it wouldn't survive under water for long. Personally i don't know why any one would like it in there tank i think it looks foul.

It is a bit strange... looks like some creature crawling out of the substrate!
