What does the dot on the envelope of my post mean? Just wondering because I am new here. I have 5 tanks all together.

55 gal. W/ 2- 3" Congo Tetras and 1-5" Black Ghost Knife
10 gal. 1-8" Red Belly Pacu
10 gal. 2-2" Firemouths and 5" Sail fin pleco
2.5 gal. divided with 2-Bettas
1 gal. w/ 1-Betta

I am looking to fill up the 55 gal., just haven't found the right fish yet, I want to get more Congos but the closet place I found those is Los Angeles. None of my LFS carry any so next time I make the 8 hr. trip I'll bring some back. I have posted a question on hte tropical fish board about some fish I'm considering for the tank and would like some input. :hyper:

The dot means you have either written/contributed a post in the thread or have created it. :) Welcome to TFF mate, hope u enjoy your stay! :) Ill go look for your post!

Thanks Mr. Miagi-I was half tempted to say my name was Danielson, but I'm sure you get enough of that with your name anyway. Thank you for clearing this question up for me, and thank you for the "welcome aboard"

umm... a 10gal with an 8inch Pacu?
and another 10gal with firemouths?

Not too good with these fish, but that doesnt sound right to me. Maybe swap the fish that are in the 55 and put them in the 10's? and the fish in the 10's in the 55?
Not sure if thatl work either, but i know someone else will know all the correct answers!

Welcome to the forum also ;)

Hi and welcome to TFF :D

I don't know about the other fish, but the Sailfin will definatly outgrow the 10gal and at 5inchs it is probably time you move him to a bigger tank otherwise the tank he is in will just stunt his growth- sail fins can grow to 18 to 20inchs+...
