Dorsal Fin Hanging

My fighters dorsal fin is hanging off. It was fine about an hour ago. Is this common? What should I do? Will it grow back. He doesn't look at all distressed

He's just being lazy. Bettas will do this sometimes and it's normal. Just be sure that his tail is shreded at all.
