I have a low to medium light tank with some anubius, java Fern, hornwort and a red tiger lotus and I was using thrive niloc g 1 a week 2 pumps and i noticed I was getting algae and it is growing even on my red tiger lotus leaves .Do any of y'all have the same results with this all in 1 fertilizer? By the way I usually leave my tank lights on all day as well. I could have also been because I only changed my water when I cleaned my filters because my water looked dirty.

Yes, no, maybe. Any fertilizer used incorrectly can contribute to algae. NilocG is pretty.good stuff. I have used his El and root tabs for years, persoonally I like it.
A couple things jump out immediately, your lighting being on "all day", how many hours would that be? You only clean the filters because water looks dirty, how often is that? Do you do regular water changes?

About every 2 to 3 weeks and all day is from the time I get up till the evening but no set time
OK, if it were me, that's the first two things I would change.
I would limit light to no more than eight hours a day to start. Do that for 6 weeeks and see what happens.
I would also do at least a 30% water changes weekly. I bet your nitrates are high. Do that for 6 weeks and see what happens.

Those plants need virtually no fertilizer so i would does 1/3 the recommended amount.
