Does This Look Terminal?

Have just noticed this on one of my true upside down catfish.

Bust a gut?

She also has what looks like slime on her back. The others look okay.

Water stats are pH 7.4, ammonia and nitrites 0ppm, nitrates 10ppm and water temp 25 degrees C.

Is this the end for her?

Looks like velvet on the back and with the gut open I would think it best to euthenise, sorry.

If it is velvet then its trickier to get rid of than velvet. How long had you had this fish for and are any of the others showing the same slime look to them or dusting of spots?

Have had the UPD catfish since last summer. No other fish are showing symptoms of anything.
THe Corys have just laid eggs and i've got 3 2 week old swordtail fry.

Its a hard one to call then on what you should do, but if it was my tank then i would wait and watch to make sure no other fish got ill.
