Does Tempura Have Finrot?

Heya, this is my baby Tempura, I noticed something on his fin, but im not sure what finrot actually looks like. It looks just like some random fluff.

If it is finrot, any advise on how to clear it?

looks like excess mucous which can be caused by poor water quality. The fish also looks a bit grey around the face which could be the same thing or just the picture.
Check the water quality for ammonia, nitrite & PH.
Do partial water changes each day and see how it looks in a couple of days. If it gets worse then it could be fungus.

Finrot causes the fins to split and start dissolving (rotting) away.
