I was going to put my goldfish into a storage tank thing, and I was wondering if they would want it to be clear. Or if it doesn't matter to them. I tried to Google the answer and it didn't work ^^"

That is a good question. They don’t have to see through their storage tank. The only reason why we even have clear tanks, is so we can see the fish, and plants. It is all up to you. :)

Fish are more comfortable in containers with solid sides and don't know what glass is, so a plastic storage container is better for them. However, we can't see the fish from the side so it is harder for us to check their health when they are kept in storage containers.

Avoid red or blue containers. Try to use semi transparent or white, and if you can get food safe containers, they are acceptable.

Thank you so much <3 I'll try to find one that's kinda clear so I can check their health ^^

Great minds think alike. ;)
