Does My Shark Have Velvet?

Hi all, it's night here. i like to shine a flash light at my tank to see the fish i don't see in the day. well, i saw my shark (i see him during the day) and he has this greenish tint to his black skin. he always has. is this normal? and when i shined my little LED light on him, the green was orange i turned the tank light on and it was greed again ! will he be ok? I have had him for about 2 years and i REALLY like him.
oh, i should probably mention he is a rainbow shark.

What kind of shark/fish?
Scientific name will help.

it's a rainbow shark, i think the name is labeo frenatus or something like that.

The fish is fine.
Velvet will look like a golden varnish on a fish, or gold dusting on a fish, or look like he's been dusted in talc.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
